Password Reset Self-Service Now Available on CourtTrax!
It has been a very long time in coming, but CourtTrax users can now reset their account passwords without having to make a phone call or by sending an email request!
Now, whenever you need to reset your password, the “Lost password?” link beneath the CourtTrax login fields will take you to a form where you will enter the email address associated with your CourtTrax account and then verify that you are “not a Robot”. After that you will receive password reset link in an email.
Following that link will take you to the form where you will enter and verify your new account password. All new passwords will need to be at least 8-characters long, and as well meet at 3 out of the 4 following requirements:
- Include at least one lower case letter (a-z)
- Include at least one upper case letter (A-Z)
- Include at least one number (0-9)
- Include at least one special character (e.g. !, %, $)
