New Onboarding Process Streamlines CourtTrax Registration

We have updated our homepage with a new registration form, so that those currently without a CourtTrax account can sign-up and begin conducting name and case number searches across all of our available jurisdictions more quickly than ever before!

Our secure form can be filled-out in just a couple of minutes. The credit card portion is still under construction at the time of this writing, so it is not necessary to provide it in order to register, and registration is free regardless. We will get payment information from you in the follow-up contact.

After filling out the form, a quick verification process just needs to be completed to ensure that you are a member of the human race. This is a simple graphics puzzle, as in the example below wherein “all squares with street signs” need to be selected. If you’re not sure about the puzzle you’re given, you can always click ‘Skip’ to bring up an alternate image and instructions to work with.

After you have completed and submitted the form you will be contacted within one business day by our customer service department to finalize your registration, take your payment information, and supply you with your Username and Password. After that, you’re off to the races!

If you have any questions about the registration process or any of our other services, please contact us at customerservice@courttrax.com.
