KCDC is excited to launch eFiling for all case types to the public effective 11/2/20. In order to support all of the Go Live activities required for launch, the eFiling Portal will be taken down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 5:30PM and will remain down until approximately Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 10:00AM. During this closure, the portal will be unavailable to both external users and Court staff. Filings may be filed at King County District Court locations without penalty during this time.
