After Months of Issues, Idaho “iCourt” Portal works with Tyler Technologies to Resolve Them

Since April of this year, the State of Idaho has acknowledged that ever since the release of the Idaho “iCourt” Portal, the system has experienced multiple slowdowns, errors, and outages that the CourtTrax team has promptly and reliably alerted our customers to.

“If you have attempted to search the iCourt Portal recently, you may have received an error message, stating: “There was an error while processing your request. Please try again later.”  This issue is particularly prevalent when multiple cases or parties should be returned as part of the search result.

… We have escalated this issue to our technology provider, who has made this a priority to resolve as soon as possible. We are not certain when this issue will be fully addressed[.]”

But the State has just issued a notice that after working directly with Tyler Technologies, the provider of the iCourt software, the issues will finally be addressed. From a notice issued by the iCourt team on 7/12:

“As part of ongoing troubleshooting into persistent performance issues, we will be taking the iCourt Portal fully offline to make modifications starting at 7pm Mountain time this evening. We anticipate the portal will be online by 9pm (MT). We will notify you if this timing changes.

We have been working directly with Tyler Technologies, our technology provider, to address the ongoing issues with the portal. “

We are very grateful for the team at iCourt who have been working with Tyler Technologies to address the longstanding issues with their software. We will be looking forward to smoother sailing through iCourt in the days to come.
